A Tomasik Family Dental Membership Plan costs just $305/year for individuals and $279/year for additional family members.
In most cases, the first dental visit each year pays for your membership.

*For members needing periodontal services, a cleaning credit of $100 per annual membership term will be applied toward periodontal services.
**Cosmetic and orthodontic treatment not included.
Tomasik Family Dental is a general dental practice in the Bee Cave, Lakeway, and Spicewood area. We offer a wide range of services including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, children’s dentistry, Invisalign, and restorative dentistry.
Dental membership plans administered by Members are NOT INSURANCE, but rather a licensed dental savings plan offered through your local dental office. Members in good standing with their annual membership fee are eligible to receive transparent, member-only discounts from the normal retail fees that participating offices typically charge self-pay patients for dental services rendered. Plan details and member savings are exclusive to participating offices and may vary by location. Membersy does not make payments directly to dental providers for services rendered to plan members. Members are obligated to pay for all dental services but will receive a discount on services rendered by participating dental providers. Membership plans are not qualified health plans under the Affordable Health Act. Membership plans do not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under MGLC.111M and 956 CMR 5.00.
